1. Scope
This Policy explains cookies and similar technologies on the EPIQVERSE Studios website, operated by its parent company, Shanthyalaya Healthstyle Private Limited, at First Floor, Singarathoppil Arcade, Ramankulangara, Kollam, Kerala, India. Questions: queries@epiqverse.com.
2. What these technologies do
Cookies are small records a website stores through your browser. Local storage, session storage and similar identifiers may also remember settings, support authentication or measure activity. Temporary form values and an in-memory download are different from a tracking cookie, even though both use the browser.
3. Current studio-page inventory
The current EPIQVERSE studio pages do not set studio analytics, advertising, marketing or preference cookies, and their code does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. There are no Meta pixels, Google Analytics tags or third-party video embeds in these pages. Fonts, artwork and video files are served with this website.
The creative-brief form temporarily holds what you type in the page and generates a text-file download using an in-memory browser object URL, revoked after use. It is not a tracking identifier or server submission. The downloaded file stays on your device until you delete it. Your browser’s own form-autofill, history and caching settings are controlled by your browser.
4. Hosting, access and security
The site’s hosting and access platform may use necessary authentication, session, routing or security technologies. A private Site may require provider sign-in before the studio page is accessible. Provider-controlled names and expiry depend on the hosting and authentication configuration; we do not invent fixed cookie names or lifetimes for them. These services have their own notices and browser controls. This Policy does not claim that no network logs or provider cookies exist simply because the studio page does not set tracking cookies.
5. Your present choices
There are currently no optional studio-page tracking categories to accept or reject, so the site does not show a misleading “accept all” banner. You may use browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking necessary platform technologies may prevent private-site access or sign-in. 6. Future optional tools
Before introducing non-essential analytics, advertising, profiling or third-party embeds, we will update the notice and provide meaningful controls where consent is required. Such controls will allow acceptance, rejection and individual choices, with optional categories off by default where required. Browsing, scrolling or accepting Terms will not be treated as consent. Optional tools will not be described as strictly necessary simply to avoid a choice. Consent withdrawal will stop future optional use within our control; it may not erase data already transmitted or cookies held on a provider’s own domain.
7. Personal data, providers and retention
Where technical records relate to a person, our Privacy Policy applies. We do not sell or rent personal information obtained through these technologies. Necessary provider records follow applicable operational and legal retention requirements. Independently visited third-party services are governed by their own policies.
