1. Operator and scope
These Terms govern this EPIQVERSE Studios website, its film and concept galleries, creative-brief download and related website features. EPIQVERSE Studios is a brand operated by its parent company, Shanthyalaya Healthstyle Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), at First Floor, Singarathoppil Arcade, Ramankulangara, Kollam, Kerala, India. Support and grievances: queries@epiqverse.com.
2. Use and eligibility
Use the website lawfully and respect these Terms. Adults entering into a project or representing a business must have legal capacity and authority to do so. A parent or guardian should handle collaboration enquiries for a person under 18. Privacy information is provided in our Privacy Policy. Agreement to Terms is not consent to optional marketing, tracking or AI training.
3. Showcases and project status
The site presents studio information, a film showcase and visual-development concepts. Concept imagery and descriptive gallery headings are creative explorations, not announcements of completed films, release dates, distribution deals or guaranteed future productions. Only an expressly confirmed announcement should be treated as such. Credits identify the stated contribution or acknowledgement; they do not imply a person’s endorsement of every studio activity.
4. Viewing and intellectual property
Film, artwork, logos, text, music, performances, website design and other materials belong to the Company or their respective rights holders, subject to applicable law. You may access them for ordinary personal viewing and share links to the site. These Terms do not grant commercial reproduction, redistribution, merchandise, adaptation, training-data, voice, likeness or other exploitation rights. Obtain the relevant permission before such use, except where law permits it without permission. Do not remove credits or imply an unauthorised affiliation. Rights in third-party material remain with its owners.
5. Creative-brief download
The creative-brief tool prepares a text file on your device. It does not send an enquiry, open a studio account, reserve production capacity or confirm a commission. You must separately share the file with your studio contact if you want the team to receive it. No project agreement, confidentiality agreement or automatic response is created by generating or sending a brief. Avoid confidential or sensitive submissions until suitable arrangements have been agreed.
6. Material you send us
You retain rights you hold in your own material. By sending an enquiry, you permit the Company and necessary personnel to review, store and discuss it for evaluating and responding to that enquiry. This limited permission does not transfer ownership, grant unrestricted commercial use or authorise general-purpose model training. Do not submit material you lack authority to share, unlawful content or another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis. Similar ideas may be independently developed; this does not excuse misuse of protected work or breach of an agreed obligation.
7. Commissions, prices and payments
This website currently has no online checkout, paid subscription, booking facility or digital-product purchase flow. A paid production or collaboration requires a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, credits, fees, taxes, approvals, intellectual property, confidentiality, permitted AI use, changes, timelines and applicable cancellation or refund arrangements. A download or enquiry is not a payment commitment. Use only verified payment instructions agreed with an authorised Company representative. We do not request passwords, PINs or payment OTPs through this website.
8. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate people, misrepresent affiliation, attack or disrupt the site, introduce malware, bypass access controls, scrape personal information, infringe rights or use the site for unlawful activity. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, investigate abuse and preserve records where legally permitted.
9. Third parties and availability
Hosting and external authentication may be operated by independent providers. Their terms apply to their own services. We aim to maintain a useful website but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free media playback on every device or connection. We may correct errors, update content or change features while respecting existing agreements and statutory obligations. Important commercial decisions should be confirmed through authorised written records.
10. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the showcase is provided for general information and creative exploration, and we are not liable for indirect business losses arising solely from ordinary site interruptions or independent third-party failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer remedies, excuses fraud or overrides an express project agreement. Each party remains responsible for its own legal obligations.
11. Changes, law and disputes
We will publish changes here and provide further notice or fresh acceptance where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or rewrite an existing signed project agreement. Indian law governs these Terms. Subject to mandatory consumer, statutory and other competent forums, disputes may be brought before courts having jurisdiction in Kollam, Kerala. Please first contact the grievance desk so we can try to resolve concerns; this does not prevent access to a lawful remedy.
12. Contact and grievances
For questions, privacy requests, content concerns or grievances, contact the Enquiries & Grievance Desk — EPIQVERSE Studios, Shanthyalaya Healthstyle Private Limited, First Floor, Singarathoppil Arcade, Ramankulangara, Kollam, Kerala, India.
